Katrina found herself giggling at his satement before moving into her kiss, muttering, "Not too full of yourself then..." She took his parting lips as an invitation and slipped her tongue into his mouth, her thumb still stroking lightly. When he leant his head back, she kissed his lips once more before kissing his jaw, then down to his neck. "I like that move as well..." she laughed, nipping his throat lightly.

"Me, full of myself, never". Callics eyes close fully as Katrina's tongue enters his mouth and his lips close to touch against hers. He sighs a little as Katrina moves to his jaw and then to his throat. With his head leant back so he is looking at the sky, his eyes open slowly. His pupils have narrowed into thin slits and the irises are a mix of light violet and pink. Callic could feel those familiar thoughts surfacing in his mind, thoughts he used to get when hunting his victims. He shuts his eyes, pushing the thoughts away, his top lip lifting a little as Katrina nips at his throat. His mind is racing, part of him wanted to move away and the part of him that he had lived his life as for so long wanted to keep it going.::

Katrina looked at him and smiled, nuzzling into him, "Naw...Never she giggled and hugged him, "Most humble guy I've met..." She kissed him again and rested her head on his shoulder, her thumb still stroking his cheek, "I can't think why," she joked, "But...I think I love..." She smiled and kissed his neck, the paused, "Am I making you uncomfortable?" she asked softly and bit her lip, glancing at his upturned lip, "Cause...I don't need to hug you...Or kiss you...Or move in..."

Callic looks down at Katrina, his eyes thankfully had gone back to normal. "No, you're not making me uncomfotable. It's just that..the ways I used to act and think, I've pushed all those things into the back of my mind so I don't have to think about them, so those parts of me wont come back and cause trouble. Sometimes it's hard to keep it locked away, sometimes I feel weak and thoughts..ideas come into my mind and I have to stop myself from thinking anymore about them. I don't want to go back to the way I was before". Callic shakes his head slowly, "I want you to kiss me, hug me and move in..believe me, it's got nothing to do with you". He kisses her forehead and run his fingers through her hair, "I never realised how high-maintanence I was, you've got your work cut out for you".::

Katrina looked at him and smiled, hugging him, then out of curiousity asked, "What kind of thoughts, Callic? I mean...what could be so horrid?" She kissed his cheek lightly and continued to stroke an arm casually laid round his back, and when she heard him say he wanted her to, she grinned. "That can be arranged..." she giggled, kissing him before he said anything else. However when she heard his last comment she giggled lightly, "Bit of a fruit cake are you? Well we can be nuts together..." she laughed stroking his face again, "I'm sure I'll manage..."

"It's just that I'm afraid of going back to how I used to be, I never want to be like that again. I never want to have the thoughts of killing the people I may take blood from". He looks at Katrina, a somewhat dreamy look in his eyes. "I'm not angry anymore, there's nothing to be stressing over so I can get on with my life, I can start to have a normal life. Well, as normal as a life of a vampire can be". He smiles at her, "How soon can it be arranged?". Callic rests his chin on her shoulder. "You're not that much of a nut, but to be with me, that gives you a fair percentage of nuttiness". "
"I was thinking of tracking down my younger brother Garnet, I haven't seen him since I was turned and I'd love to find out what he's been doing all this time. He's about...fourty by now and I haven't seen him since he was twenty-four, he must have changed so much. I need to apologise for disappearing like I did...man, losing me and Gabriel must have messed him up".::

Katrina rested her head on his chest while he explained what he used to feel, but couldn't but giggle slightly at the vibrations of his voice. She then lifted her head smiled at him, "I don't think you need to worry about that now...You've got me to keep your feet on the ground..." she laughed and kissed him lightly. Then chuckled at his question and satement, "Well it'll increase soon with me moving in with you!" she teased and kissed him again. "Another brother!" she giggled and nodded, "It might have messed him up...Did you ever say goodbye before you left?"

"You can keep me under control, stop me doing anything stupid...like most guys seem to do with most of their time". Callic moves his hands down from around Katrina's neck, down her arms and around her waist, his hands resting on her hips. "Well I've got to make you as crazy as I am, or it'll look like you're looking after me because I'm insane or something...". Callic frowns a little at the thought, he had never concidered himself crazy in any way, just a little confused and unguided. "Yes another sibling. But he is a blood-related brother. He's only a few months or so younger than me but he's still a little brother". "Um..no, I never said goodbye to any member of my family, just disappeared without any warning. What could I tell them..".::

Katrina laughed and rubbed noses with him, "Hmmm...and you've done some extremely stupid things in your time..." she muttered and resumed resting her head on his chest, arms loosely wrapped round his waist. "I said goodbye to my mother when she died...And I deffinately said goodbye to my father...After all...I killed him," she muttered bitterly and shook her head, "He was a sadistic man that needed to be taught a lesson about being a husband and father..."
